I love the concept and it IS a much easier way to give my infant her medication, however due to the design of the product there is always a fair amount of medicine left inside after a dosage and at times it leaks. If you are just using it to give tylenol then it would be fine... however we are using it for reflux medication several times a day so it is important to get the dosage right and it is nearly impossible to do so with this product.Buy Munchkin Medicator!
