The fishing pole is a cute idea but my 19 month old son got bored with it in 2 minutes. He keeps throwing it out of the tub so we gave up on it. The pole has a wind up part that makes noise but the fishing line does not retract. There is a magnet on the end of the pole to pick up the fish, star and crab but cannot pick up multiple items at the same time.
