I used this product maybe once and it never worked again. I not sure why this product does not have any labels or symbols for the settings. There is nothing on this that says on/off or sound/light settings so my husband and I just kept flipping different switches to try and get it to work. We used it once for nap time and then tried to figure out what combination of switches to press for bedtime later and never got it to work again. I have used this as an alternative to boiling bottles ( i still do boil them all once a week) but this product helps save time and is so easy to use.
I don't stick to the stacking method they suggest as you have to fit the bottle parts as you go depending on the type of bottles you use but all in all, bottles and all parts are cleaned and sterilized well.
Just be careful when opening the lids after as the steam can be overwhelming.
